Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a course does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• You have completed less than 20% of the course content
• You have not downloaded any course certificates

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• You have completed more than 20% of the course
• You have already taken or booked the certification exam
• Your account was terminated due to a Terms of Service violation

Coupon Purchases

Courses purchased using a 100% discount coupon (free enrollment) are not eligible for refunds. Courses purchased with a partial discount coupon may be refunded for the amount actually paid.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Visit our contact page
2. Include your registered email, the course name, and the reason for your refund request
3. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Chapa payments are typically refunded within 5-10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days.
